This incident undeniably challenges the security of the justice organs in the country. Notably, in 2023, criminals also invaded a magistrate's condominium, looting various goods. Intriguingly, another PRM agent, backed by a private security officer, was on duty at the site of the burglary.

However, when approached by the local press, the PRM's provincial commander in Manica, Lurdes Mabunda, stated she was yet to receive information and would comment later.

"This is my first interrogation, and I would not like to misrepresent myself; I do not have any information yet. I prefer not to discuss the matter until I can provide concrete information," said Lurdes Mabunda.

Regarding the stolen files, which were already in an advanced stage of investigation, the Anti-Corruption Office has promised to reconstruct them.
